Snappier IPTV ("the App") is developed by Snappy Code. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

The App does not collect or transmit personal data to our servers. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information through the App.
• We do not track your viewing habits or browsing behaviour.
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
• We do not sell, share, or rent any user data to third parties.

Data Stored Locally

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• IPTV playlist URLs and login credentials you provide for your IPTV providers.
• App settings, favourites, and viewing progress.
• User profiles and parental control PINs.

This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Cloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable Cloud Sync, your settings, favourites, and progress are synced via Apple's CloudKit or Firebase. This data is stored securely under your account and is not accessible to us.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with optional third-party services at your request:

• TMDB — for movie and TV series metadata. No personal data is shared.
• OpenSubtitles — for subtitle downloads. Requires your own account if used.
• Trakt.tv — for watch history sync. Requires your own account if used.
• TorBox — for torrent/Usenet streaming. Requires your own account if used.

Please review each service's privacy policy for their data handling practices.

Issue Tracker

Our web-based issue tracker requires an email address and name to create an account. This information is used solely for issue tracking and email notifications about your reports. We do not use this data for marketing.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
